Ireland Baldwin snubs dad Alec after he forgets her in tribute to his 7 other kids
Ireland Baldwin praised her partners’ parents and mom Kim Basinger in a candid social media post about her mental health — but noticeably left out her dad, Alec Baldwin.
The fashion model, 27, began her lengthy message on Instagram Monday by sharing her experience with “health anxiety” during her recent pregnancy.
“Every thought in my head pertained to hurting the baby,” she admitted.
“Hurting myself. Blame game. I’m doing it all wrong.”
Ireland continued by explaining all of the “countless pregnancy horror stories” she told herself until she’d go “numb from it all.”
She also shared that women would “go out of their way” to paint a dire image of pregnancy, consisting of no sleep, saggy body parts and how “god awfully painful” it all would be.
However, ever since Ireland gave birth to her and boyfriend RAC’s baby girl, Holland, earlier this month, she said a “sense of calm” washed over her.
She then wrote, “I couldn’t be more grateful for my partners’ parents and my mom who visited me” without making any mention of Alec, 65.
A rep for Ireland did not immediately return Page Six’s request for comment on whether the apparent snub was intentional.
However, the omission comes just weeks after Alec forgot to mention his eldest child in a tribute to all of his children.
On May 4, the “Rust” star posted on Instagram a slideshow of his seven kids with wife Hilaria Baldwin, including Carmen, 9, Rafael, 7, Leonardo, 6, Romeo, 4, Eduardo, 2, Lucia, 2, and Ilaria, 7 months.
He captioned it, “Seven reasons to carry on during some tough times. I’m not gonna lie, without my family, I don’t know what my life would be.”
After several followers called out Alec, he shared a separate post featuring Ireland and captioned it, “We forgot Billy Preston!,” referencing the musician who is often referred to as the “fifth Beatle.”

The “30 Rock” alum then concluded, “This one, the first one, is about to make me a grandfather. Oy.”
Alec’s rep did not immediately return Page Six’s request for comment on Ireland’s latest post.
The father-daughter duo have had their ups and downs over the years.
In 2007, Alec went viral after a voicemail message of him calling Ireland a “rude, thoughtless little pig” leaked online.
However, the new mom previously told Page Six that although the rant was a big deal to the public, she actually brushed it all off.
“The only problem with that voicemail was that people made it out to be a way bigger deal than it was,” Ireland told us in 2012.
“He’s said stuff like that before just because he’s frustrated. For me it was like, ‘OK, whatever.’ I called him back I was like, ‘Sorry, Dad, I didn’t have my phone.’ That was it.”
